CABANA RESERVATIONS

Payment & Policies

Cabana Rentals are available to all homeowners that are are in good standing with their dues. Rental includes full use of furniture inside the cabana, and access to a kitchen with a refrigerator and sink off of the cabana.

A reservation fee of $50 fee will be charged to your HOA account and invoiced and collected by Halcyon. An additional $50 fee may be applied to your account if the pool and/or cabana (including furniture) are damaged, trash is not hauled away, and rules were not abided by during the reservation.  This fee could be higher if the damage is significant.

Any fees related to the reservation will be due upon receipt.

A 48 hour cancellation notice is required unless the party is cancelled due to inclement weather, in which case a 24 hour cancellation will be acceptable. A "no show" will result in the reservation fee being charged to your account.
